This month we feature Rob Panzera.  He is the owner and operator of Cycling Camp San Diego and author of Cycling Fast.  Robert has a BA from Purdue University and a MA Kinesiology from San Diego State University.   He is a USA Cycling Certified Coach - Level 1 and a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  Don't miss the August 7th Club meeting.
